The Axial Face Seal, also known as the Gamma Seal, combines a metal case and a rubber lip seal, making it an effective solution for sealing in greasy and dirty environments. It can serve as the primary sealing mechanism or as an auxiliary dirt seal, protecting bearings and radial seals from contaminants such as water, dirt, grease, and moisture.
