The NKT Shaft Repair Sleeve offers a quick and easy solution to worn shafts. No disassembly or machining of the shaft is required, minimizing costly downtime. Additionally, there’s no need to source or stock different sizes of seals, saving both time and resources while ensuring effective repair.
Very simple installation.
1. Clean and measure the diameter of the shaft to select the appropriate sleeve.
2.Place the NKT shaft repair sleeve onto the shaft, then position the assembly tool over the sleeve.
3.Apply even pressure by tapping the assembly tool with a mallet until the sleeve covers the worn area.
4.Remove the assembly tool, reinstall a new seal, and the repair is complete.
